Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Coordinate and be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing Company's employee safety at work.
- Assist WSH Officer to ensure that the workplace is safe and free from any hazards/risks.
- Attend all safety meetings, site walks, and site inspections.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, site safety briefings, risk assessment (RA)/safe work procedures (SWP) briefings, etc.
- Prepare and check on all risk assessment (RA)/safe work procedures (SWP) briefings etc.
- Conduct frequent checks on personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery. Ensure all PPE and machinery are in good condition and in working condition.
- Ensure all site works are carried out in a safe manner and follow local health and safety regulations.
- Create policies and standards to reduce job-related accidents and injuries.
- Report to site team for all safety issues.
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Possess class 3 license and being able to drive a lorry will be added bonus.
Remarks:
- Work Permit
- 5.5-days work week (Mon to Fri: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Sat: 8:00am to 12:00pm)
